At The Boot Jack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Boots
Place the unworn boots back in their original branded box and secure them inside a separate shipping container to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
